    Thank you for your message.

    Unfortunately, it is a strange issue for us and we didn't encounter it on other users or in our tests. Therefore we can't understand where can be the problem. Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro 2.3.21? Could you please deactivate all plugins except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro, activate one WP default theme and check again the issue? Could you please send us a video record of this issue?

    Hello Yvonne,

    Thank you for your message and details!

    Please check if in WP dashboard in the Settings both WordPress Address and Site Address start with https and not with http. Example: https://jumpshare.com/v/1bwFgqX8ms30TinxCLzw . Once you fix this, everything should work fine. Hope this helps!

    sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

    Checked your screen recording and it looks like a cache issue. Can you please confirm you have disabled all your optimization plugins and have the same problem? Maybe you have a cache on the server-side(kinsta)? or Cloudflare cache?

    Yes I disabled all plugins, cleared cache and its still going back in time.
