Brizy PRO personal can't add a custom domain

Hi 

I have purchased Brizy PRO personal license and the validity is till Dec 6, 2022 but it seems that I cannot access all the functionalities mentioned for this option.

Besides, I'm not able to add my Namecheap custom domain to my Brizy cloud website. And shows I have to upgrade....

 

Any assistance please on this matter.

  Hello Alan,

  Thank you for your message.

  We have checked your account and you have purchased only the plan for Brizy WordPress, so you have the Personal Plan for Brizy Wordpress. You did not purchase the Plan for Brizy Cloud, so you cannot connect a custom domain. You have only the Free option for Brizy Cloud.
