    Hi,

Did this happen after a certain action? Have you updated Brizy or any other plugin maybe? Please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.28. and PRO 2.3.21. Do you have any optimization plugins? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Once confirmed, I will create a private ticket for you and we will inspect the issue on your dashboard.

btw: do you have any errors in the browser console?

Hi Alex It was working at the weekend, Brizy is set to autoupdate so currently the site is using Brizy version 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro version 2.3.21 I did try last to to restore a backup from July when the last update was done and which included older version of all of the plugins but this didn’t work, the PhP version is currently 7.3, I also tried 7.4 and 8, 7.4 made no difference and 8 crashed the site altogether. I’m going to speak to the hosting company too to see if they can help with log information etc but any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. The site address is peaksoftware.co.uk if you would like to look and see what’s happening. I could also setup a login for you if that would help? Kind regards Richard

Hi Alex Our host has come back with the following: It appears that somewhere along the line there is a confusion about the path of the Wordpress installation. The installation is under /public_html/wp however this plugin 'Brizy' appears to be requesting assets from '/wp/wp/' leading to a 404. Pictures attached It appears to be only the Brizy assets, so we would expect it's something to do with this plugin and not Wordpress as a whole. You'd probably need to review this with Wordpress or whoever provided the Brizy plug-in. Could you let me know what I need to do to fix it please? Kind regards Richard
