"Something Went Wrong" error upon launching builder

I had text alignment issue few days ago and was informed by support team that this is a bug they are fixing right now, but now if I try to edit any project in Brizy Cloud it would just show "Something Went Wrong" on the loading builder screen and will load forever.

I've already tried clearing site cookies, re-logging account, but these still didn't fix my issue.

  Cheng Yu Hsu - we have checked your project, everything works well, please see here.

  Marco Antonio - also, the project works, see here.

  I would like to ask you - do you use Firefox browser or Chrome? Can you try to open your project using the Chrome browser?  At the moment there is an issue with Firefox browser, that's why we recommend using Chrome brower.

  Hi Nelea, you're correct. The issue was the browser. I tried with Chrome and I could edit without problems. Thanks!

  Sorry, I hadn't noticed this thread was about Brizy Cloud specifically. In my case it's about the Wordpress plugin, both at the latest versions.
