Brizy Issues

Hey guys, 

I'd like to first say that I love the product, the ease of use, the templates and the massive future potential I see - I use Brizy Pro WordPress plugin. 

I've noticed that the recent update has caused Brizy user's websites to become unstable (thankfully, I had not updated any of my client's websites). 

I am about to start working with a new client who wants an e-commerce website and the recent issues have made me a bit uneasy about using Brizy for their webstie. 

Have the issues now been resolved? If not, when do you expect these issues to be resolved completely? 

I also have noticed that there are no e-commerce / online shop templates offered with Brizy Templates and I am wondering why this is the case? 

I have already used Brizy to build a client's e-commerce site with success but I am wondering if the reason there are no shop templates is because it is not yet ready for this?

  Hi Chris,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  1. Yes, the issue is solved now. If you have the new update for Brizy Free 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro 2.3.21 plugins, then everything should work fine.
  2. We will have templates for e-commerce, we are working on it, but unfortunately it will not be soon. 

  For the moment you can checkout the starter sites from Blocksyhttps://creativethemes.com/blocksy/starter-sites/

  Yes,  Blocksy theme is one of the themes recommended by Brizy builder, please see here.

  Thank you for the fast response. 

  Just to be sure, a blocksy theme can be edited by Brizy? So, if I bought Blocksy premium, would I be able to use the additional features from the Brizy builder such as Enhanced Header Builder? https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/premium/

  The answer is yes, as Blocksy is a WordPress theme that has integration and works perfectly with Brizy Builder. Hope this helps!
