Brizy version different from live website
Hello Brizy team,
Many of the sites I've created are showing differently on the Brizy back end compared with the live site.
- All are running Brizy Free Version 2.3.27 and Brizy Pro Version 2.3.20
There are some major font style issues between the backend and live site. For example, text that should be left aligned is centered. Or text that should be white color is now black. When I make edits, they are not changed on the live site.
Things I've already tried (and they didn't solve it):
- Turning off all plugins except for Brizy.
- Clearing my browser cache.
- Flushing/clearing the cache on my server (I use SiteGround for hosting).
- Using different browsers to test.
- Even reinstalling older versions of the sites (from my UpDraft plugin) didn't fix it for some reason.
Here's how it looks "live" from what I can see:
Here's the view from Brizy back end:
Another issue - related, I think - is that often when I click "Update" on Brizy, it appears to save it, but the live site doesn't show the change at all. I've done it with simple text changes just to test it - and it won't show the change.
What additional info do you need to look into this and see if it's a Brizy-related problem, or something with my hosting provider? This issue is happening on at least 3 sites I've built with Brizy, all hosted on the same provider.
Many thanks,
Adam

Thank you, Nelea. I hope your team can fix it soon.
I have no control over how my sites look now - they are "stuck" and I can't make changes via Brizy. Not only is it concerning (and makes me afraid to work on jobs for clients if I can't trust the Brizy system), but it also just looks bad on the live page.
Thanks,
Adam
For example... this is in Brizy:

I have also noticed that there is now no spacing/margin in paragraphs after the latest update.
Custom colours are not displaying if it's not part of your "style" 9 colours or opacity is also not working.

Hi everyone,
Denis here from Brizy Support department. Thank you for your patience.
We just released a new update for Brizy FREE and Brizy PRO plugins. Please, update to the latest versions:
Brizy FREE 2.3.28
Brizy PRO 2.3.21.If you are using Brizy Cloud, the update is released too, so you can edit your pages as before.
Kind regards,

Hi Denis,
Thank you to you and your team for your work on this.
Sadly, though, I'm still having issues with my sites even after updating to the latest versions you just released. One of my sites is "back to normal" but won't actually show any new updates I make to it. I test it with simple changes to text (like adding a letter) and it doesn't show up on the live site. (https://www.anew.hk/)
Another site has not gone back to normal at all and remains totally messed up. This site is using the white label version of Brizy. I made it for my client, but it looks awful now. (https://thequintessentialhongkong.com/)
Here's what I've tried:
- Updating to the all new FREE and PRO versions of Brizy
- Clearing my cache
- Testing on mobile (using a different network than my laptop)
- Using a different browser to check
- Turning off all other plugins
Please let me know what can be done to help resolve this.
Thank you!
Adam
