    Hi Nick,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you confirm that you are using the latest Brizy FRee 2.3.27 and Pro version 2.3.20? Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro ) and activate a WP default theme and check again this issue?

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

I confirm I'm using the latest Brizy plugins. Installing them coincided with the problem. I've carried out your recommendations, but they didn't work. The problem persists.

    Kind regards, Nick

    Hi Nick,

Looks like you replied to the non-reply@zendesk.brizy.io email address, your last message with login details was received as spam. Now we recover it and send it to my colleague. Soon you will receive an email with a reply.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Fixed by updating the Brizy plugin to the latest version (Brizy FREE 2.3.28 + Brizy PRO 2.3.21) + corrected the WordPress URL in the wp dashboard https://jumpshare.com/v/z1TlsFvSYJuFsAODaU6U
