Brizy Template Not Working

I am getting a {{brizy_dc_post_title}} and {{brizy_dc_post_content}} error no matter what I try and do on my template. Also, the menu button is not functioning at all.

  Hi Charles,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.26 for Brizy free and 2.3.19 for Brizy Pro. Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again).  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro and WooCommerce) and activate a WP default theme? Then, please clear the browser and server cache and check it again. Do you still have this problem?
