    Hi Chris,

Have you changed your hosting or just the domain?  Have you tried testing this with another contact plugin? For example Contact Form 7? The new host may not have the php mail () function active (in case you changed the hosting).

btw: did you check the SPAM folder?

    Hi Alex,

The hosting is the same.  just changed the domain from .com to .org.  Upon your suggestion I installed Contact Form 7 and tried it.  It did not work either.  And yes, I checked the spam folder.

    Hi,

If CF7 doesn't work either, then you need to contact your hosting provider. PHP mail function probably needs to be installed for this site.

Thanks Alex.  The problem though is that it was working until I made that switch from .com to .org.  Can't think of anything else that changed so I doubt this is a hosting issue.  I'll try completely removing the form and then adding it again.

    Alex,

Removing the form and reinstalling did not work.  What specifically should I request my hosting provider do?  Thank you.

    Hi Chris,

yes, deleting a form will not help because the problem is not in the editor. Neither Brizy form nor CF7 form works. It refers to your entire WordPress installation, not specific to Brizy element.

You could contact the hosting provider and tell them that WordPress does not send emails and ask to confirm that the PHP mail() function is configured correctly.  Here is an article where you can find more details: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-wordpress-not-sending-email-issue/
