Woocommerce checkout page not loaded
Hello,
it seems that brizy editor (last versions both pro and standard) can't load on woocommerce checkout page in several sites (just to put the shortcode in a brizy template, not to edit the checkout itself)

Hi Lorenzo,
Thank you for contacting us.
We tried to reproduce this inconvenience but everything is working fine.
I suspect this might be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to: temporarily switch your theme to another WP default theme and disable all plugins (except Brizy Free, Pro and WooCommerce). Then please check again the issue. Please also provide a link to the website, so we can test this with.
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi Lorenzo,
Have you tried dragging and dropping the Pages element into the Cart, Checkout and other pages as described in this video? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ke95gPZbi5g&t=1918s
Best regards, Nelea.

Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy Free 2.3.28 and Brizy Pro 2.3.21 version. We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You will receive an email regarding this. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Best regards,, Nelea.

Hi Joshua
You can restore your checkout page using this procedure if your woocommerce checkout page isn't working properly.
- Add a new page: Remove any prior checkout pages and add a new page with the name Checkout
- Design your Checkout page: Edit the page with Brizy, add your global header, global footer and drag and drop the "Pages" element into the "Content" area, choose "Checkout," and save your changes by clicking the "Update" button.
- Designate the page as woocommerce checkout: Remove the previously chosen checkout page from Woocommerce - Settings - Advanced and add the newly created page as your new checkout page. https://jmp.sh/57Wlr1v Check to see if your checkout page is listed in the list of pages, just like it is in this screenshot. https://jmp.sh/2gDsN8O
Please watch this video for more detailed instructions. https://jmp.sh/2LPeARV
