    I tried to reproduce the problem you reported but all seems to work fine. Can you please confirm that you are using the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.26. and PRO 2.3.19. If you have any cache plugin please disable it, then clear the browser cache and check this issue again.

    Hi Nelea,

    I checked and the Pro version I have is 2.3.18. I have updated it to 2.3.19 and the loop function is still not working. I have also cleared my browser cache and plugins.

    I've done the update, browser cache/plugin clear, and uninstalled the plugin and installed it again. The video loop is still not working.

    Hello Tim,

    Thank you for your message and sorry for my misunderstanding! I thought that you couldn't update to the latest version so I asked you to disable the plugin. Please send the YouTube link that you use so I can test it myself. Thank you!

    Hi again,

    I have tested and everything just works fine .When I set the YouTube video on the background and activate the "loop"  and "auto-play" option all is working fine on both modes (editor and preview). Can you please make sure both this options are activated? Could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Do you have the same problem? Could you send us the URL link of this page?

    I also have some videos playing from the cover, which only has loop available. Loop is on, and those are also not working.
