Big issue with Reply-To in forms
I see that many customers are complaining for the past 2 years about the lack of a reply-to value when a form is filled and sent.
Currently, the form uses the SMTP email value. So an email from customer@domain.com arrives as being from my-id@mydomain.com and always requires manual intervention when being replied to. This is a very simplistic issue that should never have been there.
What is even more upsetting is that it has still not been cured after 2 years by the looks of it.
Can you please tell me when this will be sorted, otherwise my colleagues are insisting we move to Elementor.

Hi Doina and Brizy Support Team! This is a major issue for us as new license holders, and we're hoping to have it addressed promptly.
It looks like your team has been aware of this for over two years. Can you please provide an estimated timeline for adding this simple feature? It would make a big difference to be able to reply directly to the form respondent (sender).
Thank you for your help.

Hi,
Thank you for your message!
As it is the end of the work week I can not give you a proper answer regarding the plans of the implementation of this feature or an ETA, but next week I will come with details after I will talk with the whole team! Thank you for understanding.
Kind regards,
Doina

Hi Doina
Honestly, I just cannot believe this. It does not take two years plus to add a variable, ability to edit in settings and then create the header within the email. It’s pretty standard stuff.
Development and product management should say the reason is the feature has no priority at all. I am sure they feel that, well, the customer will just copy the email ID when responding to the contact.
It’s a matter of customer service., that’s all. It’s a feature that should have been there.
After all, Elementor does it.@seb - if you really need this do what I have done and use Ninja Forms. You will also need to use the layouts and styles adding which you get included. It works.
