    Hi Oliver,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Could you, please, confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Pro version 2.3.19? Also, please, disable the license from the WP dashboard, then disable the license from your Brizy account and activate it again in WP dashboard. Please let us know if it works.

    Best regards,
    Denis.

I am having similar problem, I am using the latest Brizy Pro Version 2.3.19 and I am using a 3 site license on only 2 sites. I have tried to deactivate the license in the Brizy pro setting on one of the websites and then activating again, but made no difference. I cannot locate the Brizy license on the WP dashboard, so I do not know where else on the site I need to deactivate the license from. Can you provide better instructions as to where to find the license other than in the "settings" option of the Brizy pro.  Thank you

    Hi Khalid,

    Thank you for your message.

You can find your licenses in your Brizy account in "WP Licenses" tab: View screenshot. Try to deactivate license there after you deactivate it in your WP dashboard.

Please, let us know if this worked.

    Best regards,
    Denis.

I have tried this procedure but it does not work, when I deactivate the key from both the Brizy site and my WordPress site, my WordPress site comes up with the message " Please activate your license to get feature updates, premium support and unlimited access to the template library." if I press the button marked "Activate" just below this message, it takes me to the Brizy site and from there I have to login to Brizy and go to "wp Licenses"  this shows me the license number and date created and date expires with information in blue text and the activation tab is blank. I then have to open a new tab to log into my WordPress site again and on my WordPress site I can see the original message "Please activate your license to get feature updates, premium support and unlimited access to the template library."  Since the "activate"  button under this message does not work.  I then have to go to the Brizy tab in my WordPress site and input the key in the box marked "license Key" and press the activate button to the right of this box. It then activates the Brizy plugin and then I get the message"  Brizy Pro: You can't use a One Site License on a multisite installation." and when I go to Check the Brizy website under the "wp license" tab it shows my WordPress site under the "activation" heading. However in my WordPress site I still get the message""  Brizy Pro: You can't use a One Site License on a multisite installation."  So after all that! I am back to square one!  This is getting very annoying...It worked fine before this update.

I'm having a similar problem.  Getting "Brizy Pro: You can't use a One Site License on a multisite installation." I have a single site Brizy Pro licence but multisite is not activated on my wordpress.  Look forward to getting a fix.  Thanks

    Hi Alexander Sieg,

Regarding the issue: you can't use a One Site License on a multisite installation. - this issue is from our part, we are very sorry for this inconvenience, soon this issue it will be fixed.

The Global blocks option is working well, we found not reproduce this issue. Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.26 for Brizy free and 2.3.19 for Brizy Pro.
Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again). Then please clear the browser cache. If the issue still persists, please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy) and check again.

We do not recommend that you revert to an older version of Brizy because your website may not work properly. But if you need reverting to 2. 3.18 Brizi version please scroll down to the bottom of this page https://wordpress.org/plugins/brizy/advanced/   Please see here.

    Best regards, Nelea.
