New Brizy update problem

I have a Brizy pro one site license which I've been using for about 6 months now. I just installed the update today and on my dashboard I now have a banner that says. Brizy Pro: you can't use a one site license on a multisite installation - I'm only have one site and am only using Brizy pro on that one, is there any way to fix this?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Pro version 2.3.19? Also, please disable the license from the wp dashboard, then disable the license from your Brizy account, and activate it again in wp dashboard. Please let us know if it works.

  Hi, yes I just checked and am using Brizy Pro version 2.3.19. I disabled the license and disabled the license in my Brizy account and activated It again in the wp dashboard. I closed out my website and I still had the same banner. It looks as follows:

  Hi,

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard.  I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the FTP credentials to them?

  Good evening, Thanks for your reply and for taking the time to look into this issue. I'm not comfortable with sharing admin credentials or with creating another admin user for the site. I would be happy to arrange a time for a zoom call and allow remote access if that works. Regards, Daniel R A
