Page order reorganizing

Hi, I have a global header and footer element that apply to all pages and posts. Sometimes, when I make edits to my post templates (not moving my header or footer around at all) suddenly, the footer will have moved all the way to the top of all of my pages and posts. I then have to go through the brizy editor for all of my pages to move it back down, how do I stop this from happening?
