Undo button very confusing

For certain updates "Undo" button work, for other updates it does not.
What's the golden rule here? Very confusing.

  Hi Diona,

  If I remember correctly typed text is not covered by the undo button. Maybe some other instances as well.

  Some rules would have been appreciated. Thx
