Color hue changes when trying to find the right shade/tone

I start at a Golden (orange-yellow) hue, and the more I move I move the mouse the more it turns yellow - I thought I was loosing it, seeing it go greener - but realized that it was the hue shifting to yellow - doesn't go past yellow into green, just stops at a bright true yellow - https://www.berrycast.com/conversations/3f39b562-9890-5133-8ac8-17d3884715a5

  Thank you for contacting us.

  In the main color section, you have only the yellow color, so you cannot get here a green color. If you need to have the green color, then you should change it from here, please see the screenshot. Also, for more information about Colors please see this video.

  Hello - please read the actual message. I said I started with that golden orange yellow and I did NOT drag the sidebar with the hue - it shifted to yellow by itself - and I don't need green... No other color picker has done this. This is a bug and must be reported as such. Please rewatch the video and see how the color gradually goes yellow - from orange. Again, this should not be happening since I never dragged the sidebar to change the hue. The far right bar control opacity, the next bar control Hue, and the center control shade and tone. Shade and tone will NEVER change the hue - it just changes color intensity (saturation) and shade (darkness) and tone (lightness). 

   

  Please send this to the tech team as a bug.
