Unable to setup Menu - Drag and Drop not working [Urgent: site to go live]

I am having issues setting up the menu. The drag and drop feature seems not to work.

This is very urgent as I need to hand over the site to the client today. See attached.

  I try to reproduce your problem but all works fine in our dashboard. Could you please clear your browser cache and check again this issue? Could you please send us the URL of your project and we will check it from your dashboard?

  I am having issues with the HTTPS certificate. The client is complaining that it has expired. See below:

  We already fixed the problem with SSL and now all is working fine  Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?
