    Hi,

    I'm afraid you can't do that. At the moment Brizy Popup can only be called through the builder settings or if you use a global popup you can set it for one of the events in the list: https://jumpshare.com/v/KteTfPx5UgsnuwDzQo02 You cannot open Brizy popup by clicking a button/link that was not created with Brizy.

    is it now possible to launch the popup from the menu, or just a link?

    Thank you

    Hi Filip,

    Yes; you can add an on-click popup to a button, text, icon or an image in your Brizy header. However if your header is created using your theme, like in the case of the original poster, you can't add a Brizy popup to it.

    Thank you for the fast answer,

    so far I know, Brizy has two types of Popup:

    - The "Global" ones, where I can set the display conditions where i want the poput to be shown;

    - The "Local" ones that i can create directly from the Linkoptions or Button ect.;

    Can I Link the "Global" popups with a Button?

    I would like to create a Popup which opens on Pageload and then still have the possibility to open it with a Button if the Users want to see the Info for a second time. Is this possible within Brizy?

    Thank you
    With regards,
    Filip

    Hi Filip,

    You are right; there are two types of popups one can build with Brizy popup builder

    1. Conditional Popups: Popups that are automatically triggered by conditions. These are listed under Brizy - Popups.
    2. On-click popups: These get triggered when the user clicks on a button/ text/ image/ icon and are not listed under Brizy - Popups.

    A design made for a conditional popup cannot be reused for an on-click popup and vice versa because these are two distinct types of popups. If you want to use a conditional popup design also for on-click popup, the only option is to recreate the design as an on-click popup.
