Why is the H1 Tag in Typography still an issue 1 year later?

I have been trying to rectify the H1 Tag in a variety of ways, as Google and SEO tools are stating it doesn't exist. The typography clearly shows it's an H1, but it is not. This problem has been around for over a year now, and to be honest, this builder is not very good at all. Coming this February, I won't be renewing.

  Hi,

  Can you please confirm that you set H1 in tag settings not in typography (because these are different things): https://jumpshare.com/v/qGnVp0n8hdii3iv7uB1H Typography option refers only to styles.
