    Hi Pablo,

If you currently have the Brizy Studio Plan(which is no longer available for new users) and only pay the subscription for the next year then you can still have unlimited sites. If you now intend to purchase a Brizy Cloud plan then we no longer have plans available with unlimited sites. Details of the plan changes can be found here: https://www.brizy.io/brizy-pro-pricing-changes#brizy-cloud-pricing

    Hi,

    let's clarify two things:

1)Brizy WordPress: you continue to have unlimited websites according to the license you have 'Lifetime'.

    2) if we're talking about Brizy Cloud: in September we changed the prices and offered the possibility for Lifetime license holders to buy Brizy Cloud Studio in advance ( it will become active after the expiration of the 2 years offered as a bonus).  If you haven't done so by September 18th then unfortunately you can no longer have unlimited websites in Brizy Cloud. When your current plan expires you will need to choose one of the existing plans that have a limited number of sites. This information can be found in the article I sent above: https://www.brizy.io/brizy-pro-pricing-changes#LTD-owners

The same for Agency plan that comes with whitelabel: https://jumpshare.com/v/XFO868HNP6GItaHlo94Z This means that if you buy the Agency plan(as a Lifetime license owner) you will have a 40% discount on its normal price: https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud?_ga=2.26080761.539688926.1641225348-1322945419.1564925553 Here you can find more out about Brizy Cloud whitelabel: https://youtu.be/i-i-Gh31zt4

I didn't get the message to be honest and if I'm going to have the limitation i stay as i am right now, not using the cloud. You should at least send an email or something if these things are time sensitive. I will delete all my installations in your platform by that date. Typical behaviour of companies how forgot early-stage users when they Growth but no problem, i will put my claim in every review platform with a PDF of the webpage you send me yesterday "explaining your conditions", is more like a terms and conditions contracts with like 100 kinds of plans and change of mind you did in the past years.

I also will inform my community who i recommend buying your deal to do the same. And don't worry, this message is not time sensitive at all, i will prepare me case with all the information i can get and you will hear of us. Cheers.

    Hi,

sorry for not getting back to you sooner.

This change was not a sudden one and it was prepared in advance. At least 3 newsletters were sent on this topic: https://jumpshare.com/v/7qRrrwbuwEeM7UarQzN4 You should definitely have them in your inbox. A blog post has been added to our site: https://www.brizy.io/brizy-pro-pricing-changes and Dimi made an hour-long video on the subject: https://youtu.be/gUIgl9PHhO0 This has also been discussed on our Facebook community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/152314615532419 Looks like we announced as much as we could.

Moreover, you purchased the Lifetime license for WordPress. There you can still have unlimited websites. No changes for you. As a bonus to Lifetime, we offered 2 years of Brizy Cloud for FREE. So the Cloud part has changes that you don't agree with now. It's a kind of dissatisfaction for BONUS we offered to your purchase :).
