I would like to use same header template from the Blocksy sample site

Hi there I would like to apply same header menu in my static page. 
Could you please tell me how to do this ?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you need to have a header on all the pages you should to the header global. For this, please access the setting block of the header-make it global, please see below the screenshot :

  HI Nelea

  That is what I am not able to select that section so that your operation cannot not be made
  Please check my site when you try to select header nothing is able to select.

  Hi,

  Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18?  Please, try to deactivate all other plugins, clear cache and check if problem is still present. In case, if this doesn't help, please, try to activate one of default WordPress themes (for example, Twenty Twenty-One) and check  the problem again. Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you!
