    First of all, I would kindly ask you to delete all the server and browser cache. At the same time, send us some screenshots/ a video or the link to the website where you encounter this issue? Since when did it happen and have you ever encountered it before? Thank you.

    Can I please have a walkthrough on how to purge my server and webpage cache?
    I have cleared my browser chache, but things remain the same.
    The team suspects we are using some combination of characters that is resulting in this bug. Is that possible?
