    Hello John,

Could you please check if you followed all the steps from this article? Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18? Please send the link to your website and we will check it, we need to take a look at the browser console.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi John,

Message Not sent" error indicates that for some reason, the form data is not being sent out through the default WordPress SMTP service. Can you try sending your form data through the Gmail option instead and see if it works? At the bottom of the Gmail setup screen, please enter a Gmail address as username and its password

    Hi Nelea,

Still the same error. "Message not sent."

FYI: The other email forms on the site work with WordPress.

    Hi John,

Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Best regards, Nelea.
