Upgrade From Freelancer To Agency

Hello,

I purchased your Freelancer package a few months ago. GREAT PRODUCT! I appreciate how much knowledge base you offer and how prompt you are to resolve concerns. 

The product is working out great for my business. I recently came back to download the latest version and noticed the Agency offerings. They definitely fit the direction i'm going with my company.

My question is... If i decide to upgrade will I be paying the difference between the cost of Freelance to Agency or will I have to spend another $399 to have all the services I already have plus the additions of Agency? I would love to pay the difference right now so I can begin to take advantage of the Agency benefits.

    If you want to upgrade your plan from the Freelancer to the Agency, then yes, you will pay only the difference between the plans.

    Based on this and other similar questions and answers, I attempted to upgrade from Freelancer Pro Lifetime to Agency Pro Lifetime, but was charged the full amount.

    May I receive a partial refund of my purchase to bring it into parity with what was intended? Anything reasonable would be meaningful and appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You have bought the Agency WordPress plan. 40% discount on the account applies to those who have a Lifetime Plan, and who want to upgrade to Agency Cloud . The discount applies when you buy the plan from your account, see here : https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/4408254010385

    So you had a Lifetime plan, and you bought Agency WordPress (but the discount is at  only for Agency Cloud). Can you please tell do you need Agency for WordPress or for Cloud?

    Hi Talia,

    Sorry the discount with 40 % in only for Brizy Agency Cloud and not For Brizy Agency WordPress.

    So , you did not upgrade the Plan but you purchased a new plan, you purchased the Agency Plan for WordPress. At the moment you have 2 plans Lifetime WP and Agency WP. In the Lifetime Plan you have already included the White label option. The Agency WP has the same options like Lifetime. We can not refund you the Lifetime plan because it is bought in 2021 but we can refund the Agency Plan if you want.
