Unable to add header menu to all pages

My header menu has been deleted without any reason from two of the pages. In the header settings of those pages everything seems to be adjusted correctly but still no header appears at all.
I have upgraded to PRO and tried to make the header global, but unlike the other blocks no button appears on the header when I hover on it, so the solution mentioned in the link below does not work: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041728052-How-to-add-a-header-global-block-on-all-your-pages.

I would be grateful for any support on this.

  Hello Haris,

  Thank you for your message!

  First of all, I would like you to clear all the browser and server cache and deactivate the plugins and themes you do not use. See if the problem still occurs. Second of all, please send us the links to the pages you encounter this issue. Thank you!

  In addition, my PRO plan is not activated yet. Would it be possible for you to activate it?

  Regarding what you said, the problem might be due to the fact that your Pro license is not activated yet. Please see this. It will guide you through the process. Hope this helps!

  Hi Doina, I activated the Pro Lincense but the issue remains exactly as described. When I hover on the header on the pages it does appear, no button shows up so that I can make it global. Additionally, when I set up separate headers on every single page, on the indicated pages they do not appear. (see screenshot and links)

  Hi,

  Sorry for the late reply, support is limited on weekends.

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18?  Please check what condition have you set up for the header, you should have the condition Include- ALL, see this video, also please delete the old condition too, see here.

  Hi, thanks for your reply. As I indicated earlier, there appears no button when I hover on the header, so there is no way I can get to the "Conditions" button. Can you please look into this?

  Hi,

  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro ) and activate a WP default theme? Let me know if it works.

  Hi Nelea,

  All other plug-ins are already deactivated. The theme is something I cannot change because when I apply something other than Blocksy the header disappears completely.

  Any further ideas?

  Hi Nelea,

  I contacted Blocksy support and it turns out that the issue I encounter is due to Blocksy and that it is supposed to work like this. So from the Brizy side there is nothing you can do.

  Given that I upgraded to the paid version of Brizy in order to solve the header issue, may I ask for a refund for this?
