SSL issues? DEC 28, 2021

It seems the SSL is throwing issues on different sites, on and off. Anything happening? Sites become unavailable then back online..

  I also find that pages load incredibly slow, so I am not sure how the CDN is configured. Maybe in Europe the pages load faster, I can't tell..but in the US the load time is significant, even with a simpler page. Can that be optimized somehow please? Multumesc :)
