Sticky menu that is transparent until page is scrolled?

I'm trying to create a sticky menu that is transparent until the user scrolls down the page. I'm using Brizy Pro in WP. I got it to work in the page preview in WP. But when viewing the actual page in any browser, the transparency doesn't work. Here's a short video of how it works in WP preview (and how I'd like it to work when published)

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We tried to reproduce it but all worked fine. Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18? Please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme? Also, please clear the browser and server cache, then check if you still have this problem.
