Brizy Contact Form not working

Hi. I have set up a contact form, however each time when i click submit, nothing happens. After a few minutes then an error will show "your email was not sent" in a red box. However, the leads on brizy settings appear. But email was not sent.

I have updated to the latest Brizy for both. I have checked with my email provider (godaddy) and my web hsoting (bluehost) as well to confirm mail_php is working correctly.

Please help.

  Hello,

  Could you please tell me what send method did you configure?  Here you can find the available sending method and how they can be configured: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043670132-Contact-form-integrations- Please make sure you set everything up correctly.  Could you send us some screenshots of how did you connect the form? Also, could you send the URL link of the page where is this form? Also, please make sure that you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18.

  Hello,

  Your Host and Port settings look incorrect. Can you please correct it and try again?

  Host: smtpout.secureserver.net
  Port: 465 ((or 587)
