Printful Plugin and WP , Not adding new products

I am using Wp, Brizy Pro, and the printful plugin. I set it up and added some products, Worked fine. Now I added new products and isnt showing. The new products don't get added to WP product files after Adding products via Printful Shop.

  Thank you for getting in touch with us.

  Could you, please, check if you are using latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18? Please, try to deactivate all other plugins, clear the cache and check if the problem is still present. In case, if this doesn't help, please, try to activate one of the default WordPress themes (for example, Twenty Twenty-One) and check if icons will be displayed then.
