Pop Up : problem while displayed on smartphone and tablet

Hello,

I created a pop up that appears on my page home when people arrive on my website.

It works on computer but it is completely oversized on tablet and smartphone. On smartphone it is impossible to remove the pop up, it is more than the size of the screen. And even if I try to reduce it as I can on Smartphone mode in Brizy , it is not enough, one cannot see the cross to shut down the window. And also my image associated to my text is below instead of being on the right of my text. Can u help me ?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Please choose the tablet/mobile size then please try to change the Width of the pop-up, please see this video.

  In this way, you can do a smaller pop-up.
