    Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.3.25 and Brizy Pro 2.3.18? Please disable your cache plugin, then please clear your browser cache. After this, this error will disappear.

    Thanks for quick feedback.

    We use Brizy Pro 2.3.16 and we don't have any cache plugin. We open it new browser in Incognito mode but the error still happen.

    Hi,

    This error occurred because the Brizy Free plugin was updated but the Pro plugin has not been updated.

    Please update Brizy PRO to the latest version 2.3.18, then clear the browser cache.

    Please, go Dashboard > Updates, click "Check again" and then you should be able to update Brizy PRO: View screenshot.

    I did as you said but my dash only have "check again" for Wordpress. See the screenshots.

    Please note that we use Brizy in WP multisite and Brizy Pro was install in network (not network activate) and activated in main site. Could I download and re-install Brizy Pro 2.3.18 without any un-wanted result?

    Hi!

    You need to go to the Network admin dashboard - https://jmp.sh/rDAwHCr and manage with the plugin activation/deactivation processes. Check this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AsjvWDEsoXY 

    could I download and re-install Brizy Pro 2.3.18 without any un-wanted result? - yes, feel free to update manually by downloading and re-installed it again.
