I can not choose the custom domain

Hi team. My name is Lucas, and I'm writing because I just bought the custom domain and already made the payment,  even I have the payment emails. But now the platform does not allow me to create my own domain, and it shows me the message that I must make the purchase.
What is the problem?

  Hi Lucas,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You can not publish a custom domain, because you have bought a plan for Brizy WordPress, not for Brizy Cloud. In this case, we can refund the Personal Plan for Brizy WordPress, then you can buy another Plan for the Cloud environment. Please advise.

  The refund for your Personal Plan for Wordpress has been already processed. I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days.

  You can buy now the plan for Brizy Cloud where the custom domain is included. Please see here.
