Missing Features on Menu, Full-page Slider, Row Position and Floating Header, and etc.

I am working on implementing some design works using Brizy, the user interface and pre-designed block are beautiful, but here are the features I am missing so far:

1. Scroll effect for rows, such as hiding a row like a header when scrolling.
2. Setting Position for rows.
3. Changing logo color when scrolling for a floating header.
4. More options to have a custom and nicer styled Menus.
5. More options to have custom and nicer full-page sliders like transitions, mouse cursor options, and keyboard arrows navigation.
6. Slides re-ordering features.

I bought a lifetime license but not having these features worries me for the close future. I see other competitors have most of these features already built.

Also when I go to the template page from the admin panel, it is empty.
