    Hi David,

I have created an internal issue and one of the developers is already looking at your project. I will come back with a message when I have news about it.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi David,

We are still investigating this problem. However, it is not the easiest task and we need more time.

I will ask you for some patience and will contact you as soon as will have some news for you.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

It's been 3 days that my site has been down. If this was a client's site, they would have cancelled their subscription & demanded their money back.

I really need to know the following please:

    1. When will my site be back up?

    2. What caused the site to crash, so I can avoid the same thing happening again.

    3. What are you doing to make sure this doesn't happen again?

    Regards,

    David

    Hi Nelea,

I understand this is the holiday period; however, I cannot afford to wait for 8 days to have my website fixed. The whole site is a lead magnet, and it is stopping my business process.

As I mentioned, if this was a client site, they would be requesting their money back.

Please answer my above questions URGENTLY please. I need to know if you can recover my pages, how long it will take, and what went wrong so this doesn't happen again.

I have invested many 100s of hours in the Brizy project. This is making me think twice about trusting your platform with my clients sites.

    Regards,

    David

    Hi David,

We are very sorry for this inconvenience.  One of our devs is already working on this project, he told me that by the end of the week the website will work.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi David,

The issue was fixed, the website works fine, please clear your browser cache and check again.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it was a complicated issue.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Nelea,

There are still pages down, showing the 500 error.

    /japanese  /thai  /kebabs /insurance-brokers  /diet-and-nutrition  /kick-boxing  /spin-classes  /gyms-with-sauna  /hair-colouring   & /example-dashboard

What's more, because you've only partly fixed the problem, I've just spent an extra hour going through every page to find out which ones are still down.

There's also at least 10-15 pages that are completely missing.

Rather than keep apologising for the inconvenience, I REALLY need answers to these questions before I spend dozens more hours completing this site.

    1. This site will have at least 150 pages, probably more. Is there a problem with not enough memory on a site this size? Have you increased the memory, or will the site continue to have these issues as more pages are added?

    2. The pages are slow to load on the front end (around 10 seconds). Is there any way of speeding this up? I know there are a lot of elements on each page, but there's no real way around this.

    3. You say this was a complex technical problem. Fair enough...however, I need to have some idea of what went wrong, so I can understand how to avoid building the site in a way that makes it break. Please provide some advice on what to do and what not to do.

I understand this is not your fault, you are in customer service...however, you told me it was fixed and it has only been partially fixed. I've lost maybe 10 hours work on the pages that are no longer there, so you can understand my rising frustration with this.

I cannot afford to keep spending this much time on a site that is unstable and keeps losing my work, so I need appropriate answers to my questions asap.

    Thanks in anticipation.

    Regards,

    David
