Brizy hosted site down

Hi,

Our brizy hosted site is down - It says "site cant be reached". I'm not sure how long this has been going on as I had not been to the site in a while.

I only checked because we need to make important updates before Monday Dec 20 th

Can you help?

  the site is now back up, but is showing "Not Secure". Please can you help with this.

  Please delete the AAAA record from your DNS settings.

  There is the option for AAAA records in DNS, but we have no record added to it.

  

  if your see a record added to it from your side, can you please remove it? Or what do you suggest as next step?

  Hi,

  We already fixed the problem with SSL and now all is working fine. Could you please delete the browser cache and check it again?
