Brizy Cloud - The Settings Icon Missing????

HI!  

I've just been developing a new website in Brizy Cloud for one of my small businesses, but am finding it difficult to put a menu in my header and footer.

This is due to not appearing to have a 'Settings' Icon in the lower left part of the bar, it appears to be missing.  

I have gone into the CMS section and developed a menu items from there, but cannot see how to get them into the main menu in the header and footer.

HELP!!!!
