    No it is not, my invoice should be a PDF with financial information and transactions, in my account there is a date, invoice number and the service/product.

    I need the real invoice,

    In this case please send a mail to Paddle (our payment processor) and they will issue you the invoice for your purchases:  help@paddle.com
