    Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I have inserted your code and everything works well. The calendar is displayed in Brizy Cloud builder, please see this video.  Please clear your browser cache and try again to add the HTML code in the embed element, then please save the modification.

    Best regards, Nelea

    Hi Nelea,

Thank you for looking into this.

I have deleted on both of my browsers the cache, cookies and history, yet still had the same problem.

Embedding the code into another project works.

Do you have access to the page to test?

    Regards,

    Andy

    Hello Andy!

    Natali here, Brizy technical team.

The embed code is not displayed in the preview mode because there is a js conflict in the page, generated by the external pop-up, in the Code injection tab - https://jumpshare.com/v/q0RsJWng49gdAmMpYtBg. The external pop-ups are built on an old version that has some compatibility issues with the builder itself.

At this moment, our team is working on a new pop-up version. As a temporary solution, please do not use external pop-ups. Use only internal pop-ups https://jmp.sh/oUMXbDB for your project.

Let me know if you have any other questions or issues.

    Thank you!

    Natalia

    Hi Natalia

Appreciate you looking into this issue and for sending over all the information.

With the Brizy pop-up code removed from the 'Code injection > Footer', the embed form sadly still isn't displaying on the page.

Will you please take a look to see if there's anything else we can do.

    Thank you,

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

Apologies for this late reply. I've been waiting for our devs reply, but they will reply to me when I will be too old to write 2 words here...

So I decided to test a little bit in your project. The idea is that your embed code works perfectly in my cloud and WordPress page so I asked myself what can be the problem here. And the problem that creates actually that conflict is in the cookiebot code from the Code Injection tab - https://jmp.sh/ucsWHLQ When I remove this code - the calendar embed code works fine - https://jmp.sh/1FE1Hrk

We need to choose one single code here or to find another cookiebot tool.

    Regards, Natalia

    Hi Natalia,

I'm so glad you didn't wait until to old to write... :-)

Thank you so much for taking the time to do some investigations on what could be causing this issue. It does come as a surprise that there is a code conflict between such to well-known companies.

I'll contact them both to see if they can shed some light on this as well.

I appreciate all of your help 🙏🏻

    Andy.
