Sorry, Brizy could not load!

The version we use
Brizy 2.3.22 version
Brizy Pro 2.3.16 version

First confirm that you have used the brizy template, and also try to create it with the template, both of which prompt "ould not find #brz-ed-root Sorry, Brizy could not load, Your theme must use the the_content filter in order for Brizy to work". How can I solve this problem!

  Hi Amanda,

  In WordPress, a user can designate a page as the blog page or the shop page. The content for these pages are generated automatically and you must not edit these pages using a page builder. If you attempt to edit a programmatically generated page like this using Brizy page builder, you will see the error  "Your theme must use the content filter in order for Brizy to work"

  Please go the 'Pages' section in your WordPress Dashboard. Next to the name of every regular page, you will see a hyphen and Brizy. Next to the name of dynamically generated pages like Blog or Shop you should not see Brizy written. If you do, it implies that you have edited those pages using Brizy.  

  

  You must delete such pages and recreate them. Please let us know if you see this issue in your WordPress Dashboard and we will guide you with the procedure to recreate the concerned pages.
