Endless loading of saved layouts brizy wordpress

Hello,
I have installed the Brizy plugin on wordpress, and while creating a new page, when I want to use a saved layout (go to saved ->layouts), all the elements(layouts) load on most browsers it is the same and I cannot see or select the saved template..

Please help me with this

  Thank you for your message!

  First of all, I would like to ask to make sure you have the latest updates of Brizy : Free 2.3.22 and Pro 2.3.16. Besides this try to clear the cache. Second of all, please send us some screenshots, if possible, about this issue. Since when have you encountered this problem? Hope to hear from you soon!

  Hello, thank you for your reply, yes I have compatible versions I have checked, also older versions and still there is a problem loading my library of saved layouts and blocks. I have checked on different browsers and there is still the same problem I can only see the templates loading and I cannot see them. There is a screen in the link: Screenshot link
