Redirect to pricing page

My collegues j**@vnr.de ans e**@vnr.de are always redirected to the pricing page when they want to export a project. They have a manager role and the account is activated.
Could you please check if theres something wrong with their accounts?

  j**@vnr.de - is Viewer on your sub-account and will definitely not be able to export.
