This page needs a refresh

Everytime I try to add a saved layout or block I get a "this page needs a refresh" notice and it doesn't save anything, this is happening since yesterday and its very frustrating, I need to work on a website urgently!

  Thank you for all these details! We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

  Hi Nelea, thanks for your input, I stated this issue as a Brizy Builder issue but it is in fact a Brizy Cloud issue, I'm sorry about this, what are the next steps?
