Video not working

Dear support,

After i upload video in the backend. in the frontend is not working.

Please help.

  Hi Frank,

  can you please confirm that we are talking about the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.3.22. and PRO 2.3.16? What appears in the editor where you have the video element? Could you please send me a screenshot?

  Thank you for your message and details!

  See here the editor mode (and how I added it) and here the preview mode.
  I want to ask you for some details:
  - Did you add the video in the way I showed in the first screenshot?
  - If you change the theme with a WP default theme do you have the same problem?
  - Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins?

  Hello,

  Thank you for your message,

  First of all, please do not respond to "no-reply emails" as they come as SPAM and some content you send to us might be deleted on it's way. Second of all, did you add the video in the Brizy builder through WP Media Library?  Could you please go to the Media Library and try to change the video used also in the Brizy editor (e.g. crop it or rotate it)? Do you receive some problems? At the same time, see this. Hope to hear from you soon.
