Sync server issue

Hi, 

I am trying to use the Sync Server to connect to my hosting. 

This is my link:https://pensive-snyder.15-204-3-199.plesk.page/

This is a Brizy cloud link, https://bubblemochi.brizy.site

Over 2 days, the site is not connecting to the "https://pensive-snyder.15-204-3-199.plesk.page/"

This is a screenshot of inside of the hosting I added sync server files. 

Could you please check why this is not connecting?

  Hi Erin,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please try to delete the "cache" folder and all folders and files from the "var" folder? Then please try to sync the project again. Let me know if it works.
