hi guys , i have a problem with my website, whenvever it trying to edit through brizy pro it says something went wrong .

can u help me with that?

  Thank you for your message!

  Can you please make sure you have the latest versions of Brizy: Free 2.3.22 and Pro 2.3.16? Clear all the server and browser cache and disable all the plugins that you do not use. Maybe try to change the theme as well. Hope this helps! If you got any other questions, please feel free to ask.

  yes i do have the last versions of brizy both free & pro.

  i tried to disabled the plugins that i dont use but i still receive this message 

  i dont wanna change the theme. 

  what else can i do?

  Thank you for the quick response!

  This may be caused by multiple reasons, from server configurations to incorrect WordPress URL in WP settings. I will create a ticket for you and one of my colleagues will contact you as soon as possible. Please send them the WP credentials and everything they will ask for. Hope this helps!
