cancelling a duplicate subscription

I cancelled the "freelancer" subscription I created last month. Somehow I did not realise that I bought the brizy cloud subscriptions when I got the LTD subscription.

Thank you for contacting us.
We have refunded the Freelancer Plan, this will not affect other plans that you have. Your money should return to your account within 1-3 days (depending on your bank).
