Problem With Mailer Lite Integration

I had a lot of landing pages with forms to collect leads connected to MailerLite, using the Api Key, but today I tried to connect a new landind and I get a blank page after trying to select the fields and this message in the console. 

This problem happens in Brizy Cloud and in the Brizy Pro Wordpress Plugin, I already tried to change my API Code and deactivating all the other plugins in my website but it didn't work
