  1. At the moment, unfortunately, you can not delete the sub-user from your account, you don't have this option. So, we have deleted the sub-user from your account.

  2. Regarding the logo dimension, please send us here your logo with the correct dimension and we will change it.

  3. Your Agency plan is in this account:support@....ts.net.

  Hello Nelea,

  Now I don't see any sub users at all? I created one, and I was with the understanding that I would be able to see them as they are created.

  If you have created a new sub-user you should see it in your dashboard. Could you please tell me with which email you have created the sub-account?

  is the sub-user of this email support@puredrivenconcepts.net .

  You can not create the sub-user for phil@connproperties.combecause he is already the sub-user. You can create sub-user only for the main email.
