How do I add the highlighted portion to my page as shown in this template photo on brizy's website?

  Thank you for your message!

  Unfortunately this feature is not included in WooCommerce standard plugin and therefore in Brizy Pro elements this feature is not included too. So you can not do that yet. Thank you for understanding!
